The Bilby® shopping cart liner was developed by a mother who searched the industry looking for a product that would allow her baby to sit comfortably in a shopping cart and keep him away from germs. She could not find any product on the market that would do both, so she made her own. When she went to the grocery store she was approached by parents and grandparents wondering where they could purchase this product for their children and grandchildren.
