Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING INFO
We attempt to ship all orders within 2-5 business days from the date the order is placed. You can generally expect to receive in-stock items within 3 - 7 business days. Occasionally items ordered together may be shipped separately or with different carriers. Out of stock items will be shipped as soon as they are available. There is no additional shipping charge for back ordered items. We will notify you via e-mail of any expected delay in shipping greater than 2 weeks.

SHIPPING RATES

The shipping rates are calculated automatically by UPS or USPS based on the weight and destination of the package.Domestic orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) or US Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail at the sole discretion of Safe and Secure Baby. Shipping charges are subject to change without notice.

DELIVERY TIME
We attempt to ship all orders as quickly as possible. However, not all orders will go out the same day they are placed. Ground shipping time will usually be 2 to 5 business days (not including weekends or holidays), depending on where you live. The map below provides the approximate number of business days for shipping and is not a guarantee of actual delivery times.

P.O. BOXES AND APO/FPO MILITARY ADDRESSES
All orders shipped to P.O. Boxes, APO, and FPO addresses will be sent via the U.S. Postal Service.

ALASKA, HAWAII, and PUERTO RICO
UPS ground service may not be available to Alaska and Hawaii. Safe and Secure Baby may choose the U.S. Postal Service as an option for shipping to Alaska or Hawaii. Any Free Shipping Offers exclude Alaska and Hawaii. WE DO NOT SHIP TO PUERTO RICO.

SALES TAX
Because Safe and Secure Baby has its principal place of business in California, we collect 7.25% sales tax on all orders shipped to a California address. Products shipped outside the State of California are not subject to California sales tax. However, you may want to consult applicable tax laws in your state.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Safe and Secure Baby sincerely regrets that it is currently unable to process and ship international orders. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for shopping at Safe and Secure Baby.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Changing Or Canceling A Recently Placed Order: Please confirm that your order is correct prior to its submission. Once you place your order, our system begins processing. Should you need to cancel your order for any reason, please send us an email at orders@safeandsecurebaby.com and request your change or cancellation and we will make every attempt to stop the order from being shipped. However, once the order is in transit, we will be unable to cancel or make any changes to the order. Please note that we can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

    NOTE:
  • REFUSED ORDERS WILL BE CREDITED LESS THE ACTUAL CHARGES OF ALL SHIPPING INCURRED ON THE ORDER.


If you are not completely satisfied with your Safe and Secure Baby purchase, you may return it to us for a refund, store credit or exchange as outlined below. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required for all returns. (See Chart Below)

    RETURN CHART:
  • Within 10 days of original delivery date: Full refund or exchange minus shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees.
  • Within 11 days but not more than 30 days from original delivery date: Store credit in the amount of returned items.
  • After 30 days from original delivery date: All sales final.
  • We can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error, otherwise, shipping costs are your responsibility.
  • Restocking Fee: A 10% Restocking fee will be charged on all returned merchandise. Restocking fees are waived for exchanges.
  • We do not accept returns on used, damaged or soiled items unless the product has a manufacturer's defect.
  • Please note that we can not accept returns on car seats. All car seat sales are final. Any manufacturer defect will be handled solely through the manufacturer.
  • Returns received after 30 days from original delivery date without prior authorization will not be accepted and can be reclaimed at customer expense. All items not reclaimed within 10 days of our email notification of refusal will be discarded.

All refunds are subject to final approval from our Customer Service Department. Please include the following information when returning your purchase for a refund or exchange:

1. Your name and order number or a copy of your packing slip;
2. Product name or number or copy of your packing slip and reason for return;
3. Type of return (Refund, Exchange or Store Credit).

On all returns, please return items in their original box along with all hardware and manuals. Also, please make sure that the package is securely wrapped. Send package back via USPS, UPS, or similar service. (Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.)
